New Patient Information
Welcome to our clinic! We’re excited to have you join us. Here’s what you need to know as a new patient.
Steps for New Patients
-
Schedule an appointment with our Onboarding and Enrollment (O&E) Representative to complete your new patient orientation. This can be done in person or through our virtual platform, Healow.
-
If you choose to use Healow, please ensure you are comfortable with using technology, including text and email.
-
-
Once your orientation is completed, you can meet with a provider.

Why Schedule With an Onboarding & Enrollment Representative?
Our O&E Representatives are here to provide enrollment assistance to all patients, whether insured or uninsured. They ensure all required documentation and information is collected before your appointment with a Provider and verify your insurance. Our goal is to set you up for a successful experience when coming to an appointment.
You need to schedule with an O&E Representative if you are:
-
A new patient establishing care.
-
Renewing your registration or discount/slide.
You are not required to schedule with an O&E Representative for:
-
An acute visit/emergency visit. However, if you are not an established patient, you need to be scheduled within 10 days to complete the enrollment process. If proper documents are not provided within the timeline, you must pay the full cost.
