Amber Settles, LSCSW, provides behavioral health services in Garden City and has been working in the mental health field for more than five years as a therapist candidate and fully licensed clinician. She specializes in helping clients build resilience, develop coping skills, and work through life's challenges using evidence-based, client-centered approaches.

• Has a special passion for working with teenagers and young adults.

• Uses TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, Polyvagal Theory, and Somatic interventions in her work with clients.

• Listening, regulation skills, and Motivational Interviewing are Amber's "secret sauce."

• Has worked with many young children throughout her career but considers clients under age 6 a "soft pass."

• Brings over five years of clinical experience as a therapist candidate and licensed therapist.
