Genesis Family Health is dedicated to quality care for everyone and accepts KanCare/Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, and private insurance plans. Discounted fees are also available for most services for patients who qualify by income level and family size.

DUI Evaluations

  • Those charged with a DUI in Kansas may be required to undergo an alcohol/substance abuse evaluation.

  • Our substance abuse professionals are certified to provide DUI evaluations.

  • The cost is $150 and must be paid by the client in full before the evaluation can be completed.

Substance Abuse Evaluations & Treatment

  • Our substance abuse professionals are qualified to provide substance abuse evaluations, counseling, and treatment.

  • Those struggling with substance abuse or addiction who desire help or treatment are welcome to schedule an evaluation and speak with our specialists about treatment options.

Medication-Assisted Treatment

Medication-Assisted Treatment At Genesis Family Health, we understand recovery is a journey. Our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program provides safe, effective care for individuals seeking treatment for opioid use disorder. MAT combines proven medication with counseling and support, helping patients manage withdrawal, reduce cravings, and build a healthier future.
