What is Early Detection Works?
Early Detection Works (EDW) is a breast and cervical cancer screening program for low-income women who do not currently have health insurance. Women must be between the ages of 21 and 64 years old for cervical cancer screenings and between 40 to 64 years old for breast cancer screenings. For eligible women, EDW pays for :

Pap tests for women ages 21 to 64 every 3 -5 years based on what tests were performed and the results.

Specific diagnostic tests if Pap test results are abnormal based on current cervical screening guidelines

Clinical breast exams every other year performed by a nurse or physician for women ages 40 to 64

Screening mammograms every other year for women at average risk age 40- 64.

What is Pink Ladies Night?
Pink Ladies Night is a night full of activities. Join us to get a clinical breast exam at no cost, and enjoy an evening of relaxing activities including hand, foot, and scalp massages, delicious snacks, and hors d’ oeuvres, and create your own salt scrub to take home.
